I Eat, Sleep, Breath Real Estate!

It's so true, RE is totally engulfing me, but it's a cool thing. I really feel like I belong here, I see the growth I'm going through and it's amazing. When I was first introduced to real estate, i was excited about because it was "different" and you know how you always get excited about things that are different. And that was 2 years ago. Anyway, now I really see the picture and how it all fits together.

Another thing I'm really excited about is being "busy." I love talking on the phone to people, I love marketing, I love feeling like I'm running a business other then sitting at home boxing up items, printing shipping labels, and dealing with customers (if you can't tell i eBay is really getting on my nerves)

Anyway, today was a pretty easy going day for the most part. I went to the court house, got some leads as well as printed out more leads from my broker. So now tomorrow I have to get my mailers ready to send out and get the phone ringing and set up more appointments next week.

I also called a Realtor that I spoke to a few years back, about investing. I didnt get a hold of him but hopefully soon I will, I want to talk to him about wholesaling and see if he can submit offers for me.

I also posted a cragslist add looking for a investor friendly realtor, so we'll see how that goes.

I am still building my buyers list, I don't have a property yet, but when I do get one I want to be able to have a buyer for it, after all that's how I will get paid. One guy says he'll buy around 65cent s on the dollar, and if he won't buy it he has contacts who will, so that's good right now I have about 10 buyers that I personally have contacted. I'm also a member of a few REI yahoo groups that has hundreds of members so maybe there are a few serious buyers that belong to those groups.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with a lady who is facing foreclosure, I'm going to try a short sale on her home. The appointment is at 4, tomorrow before that I want to get a chance to talk to a few agents to see what's going on and pitch my plan.

Other then that the day was cool, I went out and flew my plane and had a nice relaxing evening. Can't wait until tomorrow!
