Slowww Dayyyy

Well, I didnt have class today, so I was hoping I would get A LOT dont, but really I didnt get much real estate related things done.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 4:00, but I received a call form the lady and she asked if we could push it until monday because she had to goto another part time job to make some extra cash.. i don't blame her but i did remind her that I don't want to keep pushing this back as her court date (sale date) is coming up and the lender is more inclined to work with us if we have enough time.
So that's that.

Tomorrow I do have another appointment scheduled at noon, so I printed out all the paperwork. I also went over the info on the land trust..can we say effing confusing! Hopefully i get my answer to a few questions I had.

I didn't hear back form the real estate agent either, I wanted to sit down with an agent this week and go over some thing with what i'm looking for in terms of wholesaling.. he just missed out, that's alright. I'm going to find a agent to work with.

I'm going to write this down. MY GOAL IS TO HAVE A DEAL (WHOLESALE OR SHORTSALE) CLOSE OR APPROVED BY THE END OF AUGUST.
