jumping around!

It's what I do when I get excited. I don't know why, probably because I have to much energy and I need to expend some. Anyway, I just got off the phone with someone who I contacted earlier this week about outsourcing short sales. NOW I know what you are thinking. He i just getting into them, why is he wanting to oursource. First I want to say, you're right..and that's why I'm not going to outsource my first several deals.. 2) One of my mentors outsources his short sale deals..well he doesn't outsource but he has someone in his office that actually does the negotiating. and all that.. so it's fair game. 3) I am going to be going back to school in August, which is right aroud the corner! The reason why I'm so excited is I'll be able to market, meet with the homeowner then i will have someone be able to do the nitty gritty for me as my days (business hours) are going to be spent getting my edumacation! ;)

I'm excited, in my last post i talked about how I love to meet the home owners and build repor, my mentor tells me to focus on what i like to do.. so this might be a win win situation!

OH YEA, the girl who'se rats i have to babysit called me and told me that i don't have to go over there anymore because she's back! YES! I couldn't stand those things, ugh.
