Yes, I build copious amounts of repor. I actually love going to meet people and talk to them. I'm always nervous before I go, but I always leave feeling so motivated to get things done. I think one of the things I'm finding I'm good at is meeting with the homeowner. Before, i was the most fearful of this aspect of investing, but now I'm seeing it's not so bad and I'm starting to enjoy it! Anyway, as you can tell todays meeting went well, got the info signed and I'm going to move on from here.
I may or may not post another post today, not i have to deal with helping a friend move.. he's one of those friends that only calls me when he needs something, and i have a hard time with telling people, NO! -my girl friend hates it cause the time she thinks we can share i end up helping someone else out..i know i prolly suck as a BF lol.
anyway, so i gotta help someone move, then i gotta feed and clean out a rat cage that im baby sitting for someone else.. see told ya!
Well i'm off, maybe i'll post some more later.

oh yes, im getting a bucnh of mailers ready to send out, i need my phone ringing again.. remember my post the other day? You're phone won't ring if you don't market.. simple as that!
