Alright check this out.
So last week I went on an appointment with this guy who's sale date is right around the corner, he has little to no equity in his home. He said he wanted to get a realtor to see about selling it, I told him that great, but let me go ahead get this paperwork signed so when you call me back saying that the Realtor won't work with you cause there is no equity i can fax it in instead of me coming back out here and going through the paperwork... guess what, he calls me today and says my foreclosure is on Wednesday i want to go ahead and process the shortsale.. im thinking like c i told you so.. but I'm going to schedule an appointment anyway.
Lady 2: This lady kept pushing off appointments, i can now see how some people end up in unfavorable situations, their priorities are not together. I called her about 10 times yesturday before our apointment was scheulde, her son picked up oncce and said she had a flat tire and will be running late but will call.. well you know what she called, a DAY LATER, c'mon are you serious? anyway so i need to call her back..
Tomorrow I have an appointment with a realtor, for making offers on with my wholesale strategy, i thinks he wants to charge me a flat fee to make 30+ offers a month, the flipping homes community advised against it in this thread: HERE
Today i'm going to be working on the offers for these short sales, I need to start the next module in SSI.
Well i need to go, off to fly the plane!!
