This entire week, I've been so overwhelmed with talking on the phone to new leads, setting up appointments (3 APPTS THIS WEEK!!) that I spent ZERO time marketing. I have not received any phone calls from new leads in 2 days! You know what, I stopped marketing a week ago! Do you see the correlation!
In this business MARKETING is 90% of the battle I think (ok i'm not sure of that stat but it sounds good) anyway, tomorrow on my to do list, i'm going to go back to the courthouse, collect data as well as get the recent listings from my list broker and create a mailer, i need to get some more leads so i can have more appointments next week!
