Alright, I've been on listing book going crazy over the past couple of days, I have compiled a list of 48 properties that I'm going to checking out, and ultimately making offers on.
I have access to MLS now to run comps. The criteria I've used for searching is:
Post 1950
at least 3 rooms
$0-150k
There has to be atleast a 20k spread between the ARV and the listing price.
I sifted through 582 homes.. this week i'm going to be busssyyy!!
Can't wait, I'm going to start blasting offers.
Just to update you, I have a realtor that I can submit offers through, so that's going to make things much easier.
