Sheesh, so much so much.

Kersey Street:
This is the house that is just, well.. a wreck. I finally got authorization, and I've spoken to the loss mitigator, so we've been trying to come to terms with a price, we're close but not close enough. I think this deal may work out.

Red Hill court:
Got this postponed until the 9th of September, which is great because one of the main issues was the owner needed some extra time, and this has allowed to it, I'm about 15k off on the price as far as that goes, i hope I can get it down to about $110k

Behind the scnene, I'm actually getting a lot done, I know my posts lately just seems like a bunch of mess, but i'm really getting things done, soon when I have a little more time i'll post it all up.
