Bleh

I'm a little bummed, I'm having problems finding and HML that will grant me a pre-approval letter. The thing that is annoying about this is I have a short sale that I need to submit, but I can't submit the package without the letter! So it's a little frustrating. I have some ideas on what to do though, tomorrow is a REIA meeting, i'm going ot try to find an HML there. I was contacted by an HML in charlotte, he said he wouldnt have a problem giving me a pre approval, BUT he only services the charlotte area :( So he won't make a letter for my county..boohoo

I printed, folded and stamped 100 of the 501 leads today. I can't PROMISE that all the 500 will be out this week, but it's a work in progress. No I see why marketing assistance is usually the first line of help people get.. this took 2 hours, it would take 10 hours to do all 501 of them LOL

Didn't really do much else besides think about what the heck im going to do in terms of the pre approval, i feel like i've met a road block, but I'm determined to get over it soon.
