Crazy oportunity.

Well, today I was proposed with an INSANE opportunity within the real estate world. No, it's not a crazy deal where I'll profit 100,000.. but it is a very good oop. I won't go to much into it now, as I have not really decided to go this route or not, but I'm thinking I will..

That being said.

BANK OF AMERICA FREEKING SUCKS! Dude, Starting in early august, I've faxed in my authorization forms for the kersey street house, i think I went into this situation a few posts back, but to make a long story short bank of america has their own authorization form (Official form) that they send to the home owner, and they have to sign that form and have faxed in, I can't use one of my generic forms.. what a pain in the ass.. well the problem is the sale date is next tuesday, tomorrow i'm going to meet up with tammie to see if i can get her on the line with me and the loss mitigator to ask them to postpone this sale date to give me time to work the short sale, i've spoke to atleast 7 reps and none of them told me about this specific form until today.. so ridiculous.

Anyway, as I type i'm on hold with first franklin to see about this red hill courth, i've been on hold for 10 minutes.. not to bad i guess..

anyway, tomorrow one of my friends turns 21, so tonight at midnight we're going to goto the bars and get a drink, i got a class at 8am so i gotta be in early! lol

Anyway, i wish I could go more into this opportunity, but i don't want to jinx anything, i'm really excited tho and can't wait to blurt it out!

UPDATE:

Just got off the phone with the lender for the red hill ct property

ARV is around 150k range
Their BPO (drive by) came in at 148k (The CS guy was nice enough to tell me) ..the house is in good condition ..this is was my first official home owner i met with, i new the odds were against me but i decide it would be good practice.
He also told me that they are looking to get about 128k .. so i'm going to figure out what I'm going to offer from there. I need to do some math, and talk to some buyers of course to see what they would pay for it.

Great, well this was officially the first lender that told me the BPO price lol, also we will be able to get this post poned, so that'll be good for the homeowner!
