Busy!

Man, I'm taking 20hours worth of credits this semester so i have a full course load and some, not to mention i'm a member of a number of organizations so i quickly saw my free time go from about 90% free to 50% free REALL QUICK

Tomorrow I'm going to the office of the guys who own the huge REI company, we're going to go over some things.

I was able to postpone the kersey street house, which is great because now the home owner has time to get into her new place which is what she was worried about. So, i'm really happy about that. Plus I get more time to work the short sale, BOA is sending her the proper authorization letter for us to fax in.

This week I will also be working on the red hill court house. I'm going to make an offer of $110k initially, i know they will coutner, the CS service rep told me they wanted about 128 for it the ARV is 150k the drive by BPO came in at 148k
