Pre-Approval

It seems that a MAJOR road block that stops people from moving on, may not be that major at all--or ate last that's what they say.

I've got my offers ready to fax in, and I've found a number of properties that I want to make offers on the MLS but you know what's blocking me now? You bet, the pre-approval letter. I did a search on how to get around this on the flipping homes website and this thread has helped: http://flippinghomes.com/forum/replies.aspx?tr=126911 , Also, i used this website from REIClub.com to find out the HML's in NC: HML LISTING

I wrote up a email to send them, and I hope they're willing to work with me as far as just getting a pre-approval. I'm not looking for a commitment of a loan, just a piece of paper that says im pre approved so I can submit offers.

I don't have a huge amounts of cash stashed away, and I don't have a credit score of 650, I hope these won't stop me from getting the letters. Other people get them, so I don't imagine it will stop me.
