The ups and the downs..

Started out the day GREAT!

I called my realtor and he all of a sudden was busy all day and had no time to meet with me and the buyer to show him this house. So I call the listing agent and she also lives like an hour from the property and couldnt make the time, she said she had a few offers in on the property so i'm thinking it's as good as gone.Im a little bummed out, mostly because I want to meet this buyer man, i may have to just invite him to lunch and pick his brain.

Also, i was thinking.. you know.. I sent out about 50 mailers (i know that's not a lot) and i received 1 phone call. That's like a 2% response rate, and she wanted me to help her refiance so it was pretty much a sucky week as far as the phone ringing.

HOWEVER I did receive my 501 leads that i'm going to be mailing out, so that BETTER get the phone ringing!!


The other thing is, the guy who i was supposed to meet with tonight didnt call, honestly the shortsale prolly would not be approved, he owes about the same thing the house is worth and the house is in good condition so it's a waste of time really.. but it would be good practice. I'm not going to go chasing him around town, he has to earn my service and appreciate that.

I think I'll call my buyer up this weekend, maybe in a little bit actually, ask him out on a date lol and just get to know him a little more and see what he looks for, not to mention I WANT TO GET THOSE SHORT SALE LEADS!!!!

I need to find a HUNGRY REAL ESTATE AGENT, IF THERE IS A HUNGRY REALTOR LOOKING TO MAKE $$$ AND LET ME KNOW! EMAIL ME PLEASE!!

Welp, off to go fly, then to throw back a few with some school friends who i've totally been neglecting lately.
