NOT! OMG , I don't know how telemarketers do it.. I can't take it much longer. I have about 20 more numbers, which isnt really a lot but gee whiz.. it's tough. I said I would stick to other marketing methods,but I wanted to keep my pipes full from all sorts of marketing.
I've contacted a few hundred people over the last 3 days via cold calls and I have 2 appointments, that's not really good numbers. I'm probably wasting my time cold calling, but I'll find out sooner or later.
I'm going to be meeting with my REI friends next week, hopefully they got some good news :)
now they are doing credit repair, they are doing well with that, so i'm not sure if they are even thinking about REI right now? we'll find out though.
Anyway, time to cook!

I commend you for making a few hundred cold calls. I don't think I would be able to get through that many..

It's not fun, a few times I would get up and just say I quit.. but then I would look at my goal sheet and tell myself I can't stop.
Per hour I could call 45-50 numbers. I was trying to pretend I was working for - the Man - and was forced to call for 3 hours a day. It was tough.. but I hope it pays for itself. So far, the best leads I have gotten have been through referrals...no surprise right!?
Cold Calling the cable company because one of my boxes is broken is not fun, I can't imagine cold calling a potential client.
