I'm still around!

Okay, so much has happened this last month. I visited Carolina mid September as you know I'm interested in getting my Masters in Health Administration. And they told me that based on my GPA and what not, if I score within the 50th percentile on the GRE I'll be golden. I should be able to do that. So hopefully next fall, I'll be at Carolina.


I ALSO recently got a J-O-B!! I work at Wake forest as a Principal Research Investigator in the Internal Medicine Department , I'm going to be conducting studies on lab rats and mice looking for causes if hippocampus degradation that leads to Aging diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia. I'm setting up some pretty cool cognitive behavioral experiments, some really neat stuff..I'll also be conducting brain surgeries to knock out various receptors in young rats which may simulate the same aging defects that older rats go through that show signs of aging diseases..I'm looking forward to that also...My nerdy side just came out :( Anyway, It's a very very lucrative position which is 40hours a week. I really can't complain at all...But the way I look at it, it's just another stream of income..

September 16th I launched a ebay video course, it has over 2hours worth of video tutorial explaining how exactly i make money on ebay... www . auction cash cowboy.com (i use my pen name william leides) which is performing very well. (over $2k in sales since launch)
It's funny how you can see the "DIPS" over the weekend.. i guess people really don't buy stuff on the weekends! lol My ebay sales charts are similar



I also have a "Internet Marketing Video Course" out there at www. tai zejan. com which has slowed down a little just because I have been spending less tim marketing it, however, i launched this in july and have a little more then 150 members who paid atleast $12.97 or above... I'm in talks of selling this site with the video's sales page, everything to another marketer in the near future.

I'm still making money on ebay!!

I have 7 advertising Contracts that I don't spend much time on (no need to), but it pays me about a grand a month in fess and what not. I would like to get more, but i got so much going on there i just no time now.

AND GUESS WHAT

I may be buying my first house around the first of the year! (or atleast within 6months..i need time to look and analyze and do all the fund stuff) I am going to start looking through the MLS on what things are going for, I'm positive I can get a good house in my area now and put a little work in it then flip. I'm not going to be relying on other peoples financing anymore.. i'm just going to use my own lol but I would like to flip maybe 1 or 2 houses next year.. so yes.. in case anyone was wondering REI is deffinately in the wood works!
