This guy is insistent that i pay him some sort of compensation. I told him what he thoguht was worth his time, and he didnt really have anything to say, he's going to get back with me on that I guess. His main concern is that if he makes all these offers and nothing comes through as far as closing's for him then he's looking that as wasted time ~ i totally understand.
Anyway, he did set me up with a listingbook account which is cool, it's basically MLS access, and it has comps and everything.. best part it's free :)
I have a meeting tomorrow with the lady who kept pushing us back, and a meeting on friday with a guy.. these are possible short sale customers.
I faxed in my first authorization request today :)
Can't wait to start "doing deals" instead of just finding them!
