Progess made today!

First:

I advertised a property that I found on the listing book to some investors locally in this area and i had a guy call me back with a little interest, he wants to schedule a time tomorrow to go out and check it out. This is good, as I will get the chance to meet him and figure out what he's looking for, so that's good I need to work at building up more buyers.

Second:

I finally met with the ladie who had just about every excuse in the book to get together (short sale lead) On the phone she told me that her house was in good condition and only needs about $1000 worth of work. Well, she couldn't have been more wrong. Went out the the property, the two front windows were broken, about every wall and doors had holes in them, kitchen cabinets were missing, the place was "TOE DOWN" this is a GOOD thing though for short sales.
Got the paperwork signed and will be faxing it in tomorrow.

Third:
My appointment with the other guy is still on for tomorrow, so we will be getting the paperwork signed, now his place is in pretty good condition, so I'm not totally sure it's going to be even worth my time but, hey it's good practice.

Fourth:
I got 501 preforeclosure leads from a company who has direct access to the credit reporting agencies, so when someone go 30,60,or 90 days default they get notice.. anyway, i'm going to start pulling together the mailers for those.. my phone should be ringing off the hook with those so i'm excited about that.

Fifth: ebay business time, HORRAY! :(
