That is what I say to people instead of saying, "Sir, can you please sign this." The word authorize sounds less harsh.

I had a successful meeting today, went smooth the homeowners are really stuck, to make matters worse they are being audited by the IRS, i told them to not loose any sleep over this at night because it was my job to take their pain and stress for the time being. I really hope I can work things out for them. The wife was weary of signing the power of attorney, in fact they did not sign it, I hope that won't be an issue.

The other lady I was supposed to meet with cancelled on me, the lender called her up today and said they have post poned her sale date until october something, i guess she was doing a loan modification, but i told her if she has any questions to give me a call, i'm sure she'll be calling. She doesnt have any plans yet, so if she can't catch up then we can still do a short sale for her.

I have not sent out any marketing pieces in a few days, but i'm going ot be sending more out very soon like tomorrow..

I'm also busting my rear end in getting my wholesaling business kicked off, I have a knack for making things harder then what they are, and i feel that's what is happening now. I need to take action in a big way.

tomorrow I will be marketing, submitting these authorizations and checking up on my other short sale's that are in process..
