Okay, I feel like I'm on a roll.. I'm able to manage just about everything going on(or close to it) in my Biz-E life.. today I was able to go check out 5 houses.. Tomorrow , or later tonight I'm going to do the paper work to have them submitted.. then on thursday I'm going to look at 5 more.
for the most part the houses I saw today were just REALLY good deals for "retail sales" , I saw a hosue that is not bad, it's deep in the hood.. uglt etc etc, will make a good rental, and another hosue that was out in the suburbs.. it was actually the ugliest house on the road, which is good for investors. The other houses prolly won't bite my 60% to ARV offer but hey, it's worth a try!
Just an update, I'm watching the secret now.. everytime I watch the secret it puts me into action..
