Okay, I got to check out 4 houses yesturday, i didnt write the offers yet but after I write this post Imma get to work. I'm sending off 4 offers, plus resubmitting 2 offers on properties that have been reduced.
It is SOO COLD! looking at houses in 15 degree weather is NOT my idea of fun, sheesh my family moved to NC thinking we were going to get mild seasons.. 15degrees is NOT my idea of mild!
I'm out, gotta get these offers sent before my GF gets home from getting her hair done!
