Well this is the first time this has happened to me. Deal number 2 from yesterday is falling through. I got a call this morning from the listing agent said that it went under management review a few weeks ago (this is when he said it was approved, I even have the contract signed and all that) but then today he said they need to net atleast 60k or close to it. I'm not comfy at getting it udner contract at 60k so i'm just going to let it slide. The previous person who got it under contract before it fell through got it at 65k and it was an owner occupent , so you know 60k is to high for this.. uh annoying, oh well :)

Definitely annoying. Oh well, I guess now you'll just go make twice as much profit on your next deal. That'll show 'em!
